Art Therapy



Art therapy is a creative and healing process for expressing and resolving emotional upset and distress.  It puts emphasis on the process of creating rather than on the end product.

You do not need to have previous experience or skill in art.   The value of art produced in the session lies in what it communicates to you and not how it looks.   Art taps into your internal images that hold keys to who you are.  It makes the invisible visible.
