T’ai Ch’i Ch’uan

T’ai Ch’i Ch’uan is a gentle yet tremendously powerful practice creating energetic change through the layers of your being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

The slow and gentle movements harmonise body and spirit introducing balance, mobility, relief from stress and tension, promoting good health and clarity of mind.

T’ai Ch’i Ch’uan is about moving with your body rather than despite it. The slow and gentle movements work specifically with your energies to support the physical body, promoting good health.   A vehicle for change that promotes healing from the core of your being.

Suitable for all ages, a class will leave you feeling light of heart and foot!

Health

You will be sent a health questionnaire to complete and submit with your enrolment form. If you have particular concerns and wish to discuss them prior to enrolling please do not hesitate to contact us.

Clothing

It is advisable to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes. Training is on a carpeted floor so socks or barefoot is appropriate.

Tuition

Each class lasts 90 minutes, one to one and one to two tuition is for one hour. To join a class you will in all cases need to enrol in advance. See sessions for further information.
